Services LLC (LCS) has been actively involved in the
planning, development, or management of more than 180 senior
resident communities throughout America. More than 46,000
residents have chosen to live in these communities over the
past 40 years.

residents can celebrate their independence, each day, and

involved in the development, marketing and management of as

Services LLC (LCS) began serving the senior residence
industry in the early 1960s. Since then, LCS has become the
leading developer, marketer and manager of continuing care
senior communities in the nation. We are also the largest,
employee-owned, privately held company serving this
industry. We develop, market, operate and/or manage senior
communities across the United States. Our highly flexible,
resident-centered approach to community management has been
developed and refined through more than 40 years of success
in serving communities of all types and sizes.
We are
flexible in tailoring our services to the owners' needs for
assistance in the areas of Management Services, Development,
Marketing and Sales, Home Health, Assisted Living and
Consulting Services.
